[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall quality top notch and ease of use. My only disappointment is the lint design does get into room. My old dryer hoses got lint in my bathroom and was looking forward to no more lint:(

I bought the tower in May one of the main reasons was it was "smart" but it will not connect to our home network. Other appliances like the LG refrigerator, but sadly after months of attempting it won't connect to the network

I've enjoyed this Laundry Tower, the extra cycles available for download, the efficiencies in time/water use/electricity, and the app notifications that cycles are finished.

The tower washer and dryer is just the easiest to use. The machine makes washing look easy. However, there claim that it is easy to go remote and online is simply not true. LG needs to improve their software so the router can connect.

Very happy with the washer and dryer functionality. That being the most important part. A great deal of trouble getting the product connect to wifi and the Android app. Should not have been such an ordeal.

I love this wash tower, everything works wonderfully and it saves so much space. My only complaint is that the choices for washing and drying are limited and using the app for additional cycles is confusing.
