When you move the laundry from the washer to the dryer, the dryer uploads the settings that you had when you washed the stuff. So you literally put the stuff in the dryer, turn it on and push start. Super easy to use.

Very pleased with the Washtower. Cleans very well. Clothes come out of dryer dry and soft. Very quiet. Directions on choosing right temp setting a little challenging at first but no mishaps yet. There are online videos which can be helpful. Very happy with our LG air conditioners and glad this purchase was also a good one. The unit is beautiful too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a higher-end stackable and came across this unit. It met all of my space and capacity needs (we are a family of 4). The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is i keep getting an error message about lint build up, but both the duct and screen are clean, so it appears to be a bit "glitchy".

I purchased an LG washer/dryer on the 4 January 2023. The appliance was delivered and installed in my place on the same day by the seller. I reviewed the user manual of the washer/dryer before starting to use it to familiarize my self with its features. And have been using it since then. The LG washer/dryer performed very well in comparison to my old washer/dryer. The new appliance has very nice features including the ability to connect to the WI-FI and remotely communicate with it to perform certain actions. So far, I am pleased with it and satisfied with the purchase. Once I have further development I will update this review.

It's a great combo does a great job works well the only down part is the actual manufacture craftsmanship as they rust and in some case cause problems with access to utilities of the washer but I will not blame that on the machine as it continues to work I will just blame it on LG for their lack of foresight

I love how I can leave it open a crack (magnet keeps it in position) in order to let it dry out inside, to prevent and mold.

Best washer I have ever had very simple to use and works like magic. The innovative technology it carries is also very convenient for the home. This washer needs to be in every home.

My biggest concern was that it would shake all lover but it barely moves even when the washer is in a spin cycle.Very quiet when running. This unit looks so nice I wanted to put in the living room but my wife said no, the laundry room is better we all know who won!

We love the machine. The second one we've bought. Support is great. It has dowloadable cycles but they don't always show up in the App. The ap is good but not very intuitive. I learned recently that the cycles with asterisks by them I have to hold for 3 to 5 seconds to activate them eg the Tub Clean cycle. It has some diagnostic error that doesn't prevent it from working but there is no way to reset it?

The size of the drum is the same as my front load washer and easier to see in the washer because it has a light...no more loosing socks in the washer or dryer. I love having the controls on the front in the in between the Washer/Dryer, I can see it and press to correct button. All of that plus taking up half the space of my old ones.
