It’s made from 100% organic cotton, which in farm life is merciful no scratchy tags, no stiff seams digging in after crawling over rough boards or leaning up to pet the sheep. Because the fabric breathes well, even when the baby gets warm after being in the sun or in a warm barn, there’s less of that clammy feeling. Also, organic cotton tends to be gentler for sensitive newborn skin. Trying the set on the baby, fit seems mostly true to size with a little generous room good for diapers (especially cloth ones) and for layering.

The fit is true to size with just enough stretch for comfort, so my baby can move around easily without it being too snug. It’s definitely one of my favorite go-to outfits now.
