Horrible experience

It was great for 2 months, then would no longer recognize any wi-fi network (although other laptops and phones could). Spent hours with Asus support to try to fix the problem, but to no avail and their only solution was to do a factory reset and "hope" that fixes the issue.

Missing wifi

After 4 months would no longer find the wifi. It kept removing it and wouldn't even show a wifi icon. Took it in to a computer repair and had it fixed. Fast forward a few months later and it's doing it again. Doing a system reset to see if it corrects the issue. Over all not very happy with this purchase.
