It won't suck up water when I'm using it for the second time

The first time I used this it was great. Now that I'm using it the second time the suction piece won't suction to the machine to suck up any water. I've tried watching videos on how to fix it. Nothing works.

Does not last long.

I have went through two of these shampooers, each only lasting about a year. Only used each one maybe 10 times then they would start to have a burning smell and not work anymore. Not buying again.

Great cleaner Great value

This carpet cleaner is great for getting out odors and stains from puppy messes. The price is excellent for how well it works. My only suggestion is that Hoover make the unit more accessible for cleaning.

Burning Rubber

I am embarrassed to admit I have bought this machine twice. Both times I got less than two years before the smell of burning rubber and no longer being able to use. Wouldn't recommend.

Works Great

I just used mine for the first time. It worked great…better than my other, more expensive one. It’s lightweight and easy to use. Clean up was a breeze. Everything came apart so easy. So happy with this cleaner and it is a great price.

Not buy it

This carpet cleaner It's not good, it doesn't clean well and it's very difficult to remove all the water and it doesn't have to clean the sofas. I don't recommend buying it.

It gets the job done!

This is a good cleaner. The biggest downside is cleaning the machine itself. The water tank is also small and needs to be refilled often. Furthermore, the included power cord is relatively short. Outside of that, there's no caveats.

Great product and easy to use

I have 2 yorkies and caring for a friend's dog temporarily. I also have osteoporosis which makes cleaning with heavy cleaners impossible. Powerdash was easy to put together and easy to use and cleans great.
