I stuck with HOOVER & even though I don't have a pet, I do live in a smaller space. This unit is much lighter (12lbs) easy to use, operate & clean up afterwards. I was having difficulty using the heavier model. Thanks.

I bought this product and after one successful use threw away the packaging and receipt. The second time I used it there is no suction of dirty water. The vendor will not accept return without receipt. Do not recommend this product

Got this machine yesterday and tried to register it. None of the numbers on the label satisfied their requirements. No record of the product number, and yet that same number is on the listed user manual. The machine box lists a heater unit that is not on the actual machine. The method of cleaning out the dirty water says to unlatch the container, nothing I could find to do that. I am very dissatisfied with the whole thing.

This worked great on my friends hallway carpet, she no longer has to have the carpet replaced. Of course I forgot to get a picture of it completed. But these are the before and partway done pictures. Very impressed with how amazing this worked. I only wish I had opted for the one with the upholstery attachments. Thank you Hoover!

# one complaint. Hard to clean up machine ! I don’t want to tear 1/2 machine apart to clean rollers& underneath machine. I have a larger unit (Fl home) where front flips down to expose rollers. much easier to clean. #2. Have used it several times now and water seems to disperse when handle is NOT engaged. Attempting to suck up water & it keeps dispensing it which makes it hard to get all the water I can out of carpet. I also feel I would not buy again. Too small and have to empty&clean machine too often. Can’t achieve much with 1 tank. Have a lot of throw rugs ! Will use for small touch ups or dog accidents but not really good for much else. Wasn’t worth the money I spent I will consider purchasing the larger unit (like I have in Fl) for my Ohio home. Ps. Contacted help center about water dispensing when trigger wasn’t in gaged they were very friendly but problem not resolved

Happy with this carpet cleaner. Love that it is very light and compact. I don’t mind having to fill the water tank several times. It’s usually the heavy carpet cleaners that tires me out and hurts my backs. This one is just right for me. I have had this carpet cleaner for over two years now, and still working great.

Suction, size and weight. Fantastic job cleaning my rugs.
