[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not the best paper cutter I've ever had, but it does get the job done. It is lightweight and compact and does move easily when using it. May have to go over an area more than once for a clean, crisp cut. Best for small kids home projects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a handy-sized cutter that is useful for trimming photos, etc. Of course it won't replace the giant wood-base ones you see at office supply stores and art classrooms, but they take up MUCH more room and are not really portable like this one. This little thing is worth a place on your desk, or in a drawer nearby, if you need to make straight cuts (it also has marked angles as well) I did test it up to 12 sheets of stacked paper and it cut with no difficulties. The only down-side (for old eyes anyway) is that the scale is a bit hard to read through the blue-colored plastic.

It has two spring loaded cutters and the ruler/arm is liftable for easy paper loading. It can cut up to sheets of heavy paper and has angle markings for cutting 45, 60, 75 and 90 degree angles. It's very safe with no chance of getting cut. Great for home or for kids at school!
