This review contains a three-start rating only because Sam's Club did not provide me with any way to activate HoverCare (insurance) for the drone, which covers repairs for damage and a replacement in case you lose the drone during flight operations (fly-away). To activate the care service you need your drone's Serial Number and an activation code, which did not come in the box and I also did not receive it by email from Sam's Club. After I contacted support at Sam's Club trying to obtain the activation code, the agent was kind but their response was: "providing a code is out of our jurisdiction, please contact them." Save your money and your time and buy the drone somewhere else. The drone itself is light, durable (I already dropped it a few times from eye-level height and it barely had a scratch). When you fly the drone using the app, the phone's microphone records sound while the drone is recording video, which is useful to record conversations, and the app automatically adds the sound to the video, making it simple and easy to share the video on social media. It takes off from your hand and follows the path that you indicate, and it then it returns and lands back on your hand. The battery only lasts around 10 minutes so be sure to keep that in mind as well.
