It does reach over the belly button on myself which I am short 52 but it feels comfortable enough to wear outside the home due to I travel a lot and being on airplane sometimes with the health conditions that I have there can be an accident so far this product has not let me down. It does not have any problem absorbance through the pad. You could feel comfortable enough, knowing that there is no leakage.

I was also worried about accidentally ripping the sides every time I pulled them up. Additionally, the scent used to control odors is somewhat overpowering. On the plus side, they seem to be very absorbent and I had no issues with leakage.

They were mildly scented as well, making them rather pleasant smelling. They were comfortable to sleep in and had good absorbency. The only issue with a product like this is it’s not actual underwear, so using the bathroom and pulling them up/down isn’t as convenient and smooth as it is with regular underwear, but overall, I was very pleased with these.
