These work great for overnight leakage. They are comfortable and no noticeable odor. They stretch for larger sizes and have a look and slight feel of real underwear. These would even be good for heavy menstruation and postpartum recovery.

These underwear offer all around protection and protect against odor. These underwear are made with a soft material both inside and outside. The leg opening has two rows of elastic and the waist is wide elastic made to stretch Large sizes 14-20. The inner liner absorbs quickly leaving me feeling dry and odor free. I feel well protected from unexpected night time leaks when wearing these Always Discreet night time disposable underwear.

I was disappointed in the overall fit and comfort. I did like that they came in a dark color and didn't give it diaper vibes but I just can't get over how uncomfortable they were. I felt like I had to constantly hike them up in the back to avoid plumber crack. Needless to say I didn't keep them on long but I did test their absorbency by dumping a cup of water directly on the crotch and it soaked right up. I can't comment on leak protection or odor control but based on how snug they were around my legs I'm guessing leaking would not be an issue. Probably a decent product just not for me

These overnight Always gives me the security I needed to sleep through the night. Always nighttime have a nice light fragrance, not too strong. My only complaint is I wished they were less bulky, and a bit more softer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's be real here. These are diapers. These are not for light bladder control. These are full-on can't control yourself "underwear". Having said that, they are surprisingly comfortable for what they are. I can't really tell you how absorbent they are as the only time I need something this intense is when I'm sick & can't stop coughing. I only need light bladder control currently so these are overkill for me, but they seem very absorbent and the odor control seems to be decent. If you need something this strong, I would definitely recommend them.
