These underwear offer all around protection and protect against odor. These underwear are made with a soft material both inside and outside. The leg opening has two rows of elastic and the waist is wide elastic made to stretch Large sizes 14-20. The inner liner absorbs quickly leaving me feeling dry and odor free. I feel well protected from unexpected night time leaks when wearing these Always Discreet night time disposable underwear.

Absorbency is okay, would prefer a little bit more. Odor controls and leak protection was amazing!! Would recommend but make sure you get the right size.

The overnight absorption capacity is great! Plus they resist spills and unpleasant odors for hours. They're also easy to remove and put on. It turns the liquid into gel as stated on the packaging. Has a great scent to it as well. Definitely would recommend if you have these issues as well.

They completely absorbed the cup of water I dumped in there, no spillage or leakage… and afterwards I pressed a tissue against the inside and even that was dry. Honestly I’m not at the age to use these yet but I can see them being useful during winter SAR missions. There’s a faint baby powder odor to them however, which I’m not a fan of but I’ll probably appreciate it if it masks any smells.

However, they are used as additional protection during menstrual cycle and not as protection for urine leakage.

These underwear has helped with leakage. The fit is perfect and it feels comfortable. I haven’t experienced any odor from these underwear. The ovenlrnight underwear is absorbent. If you are experiencing any leakage issues, I highly recommend these discreet underwear.

They are not bulky like other brands and that makes them more comfortable. I didn’t use mine for leakage it was for my period and it worked out great. They give you more coverage while you are sleeping and moving around. I woke up without any leakage in the front or back like I usually do. This is a nice product.

The fit was o.k., it was a little high waisted for my preference, but was easily adjusted without leakage. I liked the black color!
