[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 92 year old MIL loves this brand of pads. It’s apparently a must have when your her age?! The fit & absorbency (leak protection) are perfect. She also never complained about odors, really only issues them at night, so I don’t think that’s an issue. Would definitely recommend these.

Sometimes pads just don’t cut it—especially at night—and these give me full coverage and confidence while I sleep. They’re super soft, discreet under pajamas, and I love not worrying about leaks or stained sheets. A total game-changer for heavy flow nights!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m unable to review the effectiveness of this product because they just don’t fit. I am at the high end of this size range and they are not comfortable. Make sure that if you are at the high end, you size up. That said they seem like they have the same kind of absorbency as the extra heavy pads I’ve been using. So hopefully I will be able to use these in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great!! The only downfall is fit is more for sizes 18/20 they will stretch but not as comfortable. Very durable very absorbent great for bedtime or long trips. Odor control is amazing as well

Finally decided to try the Overnight Discreet, glad I did! I have been a big fan of their Ultimate Extra pads, and these were no exception. First impressions, loved the light scent, it made these feel a little extra! Simple black color just like a pair of panties. They fit my small frame and stayed comfortable all night. Worked perfectly, woke with zero leaks or odor. For years I have been using XL Goodnites girls diapers, these have a more womanly look and feel, especially with the light feminine scent. I have been looking for a woman's diaper that would compliment my Goodnites (mainly in leak control) and these are definitely it!

Giving this 3 stars and here are my reasons. 1. Very comfortable. I wasn't so sure if XL would fit me, but figured I would give it a try as I followed the guidelines and it worked perfectly. 2. These seem to be heavily scented. I can smell it right when I take it it out of the box, go to the bathroom, etc. We don't need anything scented. It irritates us. It's not healthy. 3. I have PCOS and I have a uterine fibroid. Was hoping I would have tested these out with the super heavy bleeding/blood clots, but didn't get a chance to. I can't say for sure these will help or not, but I hope it helps someone.
