They absorb like you wouldn’t believe the lead protection is awesome and older control is just awesome. You can’t even tell you have anything on I’ve wore them all day and there they’re still not wet even after all night and all day They are awesome.

I have tried them, but they are not very comfortable. They feel bulky and restricting. They seem to help with minor leaks and are absorbent. I don't know if they would be effective for heavier leaking/incontinence. I am doubtful that I would buy them, since I don't really have a big enough problem and they were not comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a true size 26 and these were extremely tight. The sizing says 20-26 but plan to be uncomfortable on the larger end. They have a very strong perfume smell which is not pleasant if you don’t handle smells well. They are absorbent and durable. I had to cut them to get them off.

These overnight Always gives me the security I needed to sleep through the night. Always nighttime have a nice light fragrance, not too strong. My only complaint is I wished they were less bulky, and a bit more softer.
