I was also worried about accidentally ripping the sides every time I pulled them up. Additionally, the scent used to control odors is somewhat overpowering. On the plus side, they seem to be very absorbent and I had no issues with leakage.

I usually wear a size 16, so I got a LARGE, but it was tight and the leg openings cut into my skin. I don’t see how anyone larger than me would find it comfortable. It states that it’s lightly scented, and to me it was a rather strong fruity scent, that was off-putting to me. The top part of the underwear is very soft and silky and feels good and tight on your skin, but the white part is very big and bulky which makes it rather uncomfortable. Plus, it makes the diaper noise when you walk. All in all, I’d say if you need something for short term, like after surgery during the night and don’t mind the fruity scent, it works. I don’t recommend it for long term use. I hope this helps. 🧡

They were a little thicker than I prefer, but they were great for night time! The absorbed very well and I didn’t notice strong odor when I removed them the next morning. Definitely recommend them for night time use.

Didn't feel like I was wearing anything 'weird'. The pad itself was just okay. It was a bit bulky and felt diaper-ish. Also, where the pad starts can be a little irritating. As far as effectiveness, great job! No leaks or feelings of wetness.. So that part was successful. If the bulky middle could go away I'd be sold 100%

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Discreet Overnight Underwear size XL were too big for me. That was my fault. I usually have to order XL for a lot of things I wear. These were way too big. Very good product helped with the bladder leakage I sometimes have. They are slightly scented I liked that now wetness absorbed very well. I'm sure they would have been more comfortable if I had ordered a size smaller.
