They do run a bit small, feel like you should size up if you are on the top range of the sizing. Absorbency was good for an overnight regular flow flow. They held up well and I am a heavy sleeper and toss and turn a lot throughout the night.

These underwear offer all around protection and protect against odor. These underwear are made with a soft material both inside and outside. The leg opening has two rows of elastic and the waist is wide elastic made to stretch Large sizes 14-20. The inner liner absorbs quickly leaving me feeling dry and odor free. I feel well protected from unexpected night time leaks when wearing these Always Discreet night time disposable underwear.

Fit is kinda the biggest dislike. It is the same size of another brand I have been using before these came in, and fits tighter then other brand. Now, on to likes Comfort yes soft material love the pad angle it has. I paired to block styles of other brands. Durable yes they are yet easy to rip of from sides. Odor control is also good, along with absorbency. Love the feel. Just wish it was more stretchy all over.

The size I got was tight on me, it fit ok, but not like the model they show. The pad area was too wide and bulky and that made it uncomfortable.

I ordered the size I wear in all other brands but they were much too small. They stretch so I was able to get them on but they were very tight. They looked like skimpy bikini bottoms. Made them uncomfortable to wear. If I were to purchase I would definitely go up in size.

They do an excellent job of absorption, and since they are underwear, there is no risk of the pad getting dislodged or slipping. I tend to toss and turn while I’m sleeping, and there was no problem with these underwear containing my bladder leakage. They are also true to size. I am usually a size 6–8 and the small size fit me well. They are very comfortable and stretchy. The only drawback is that they are underwear, so therefore, are a pain to change. It is much easier to switch out a pad than to remove your pants and these underwear. However, since I would normally be changing my pad at the end of the night anyway, these underwear are great option for overnight wear.
