Seems to be helping with sleeping, brain fog, and some nerve pain.

I just started this a few days ago, but it seems to be helping me get into a deeper sleep with vivid dreams, so I'll continue using and hopefully will be able to get better sleep!

I’ve been taking the Magnesium L-Threonate for almost 2 months before bed. It helps me unwind and sleep more soundly and I awaken more alert and energetic. I only wish it was cheaper.

Took the product along with my Protocol for Life Magnesium Glycinate before I went to sleep. Had the same reaction both nights where I did not feel I slept as deep. I changed my dosing protocol to pre-workout and the change was ideal. Received any brain enhancements through the threonate complex during my workout and had no more negative effects during sleep in terms of how deep I slept.
