Great knife, sharp and easy to handle. I prefer this size over the larger one I received in the knife block set. I couldn’t be happier with my new Wusthof knives. Wusthof is known for quality and these knives are no different than the ones you’d purchase from a regular store. As for the sharpness, I always hand wash my knives and use wood cutting boards that don’t dull the blade. I think this helps to preserve the sharpness of the knife.
