Yummy i made buttered spaghetti with mushrooms used a good amount of Truffle Parmesan a little of the pasta water to make it creamy. It was delicious fast and easy dinner. Would be good with shrimp or chicken added too.

Very versatile seasoning mix. Adds a subtle richness to almost any dish. Truffle flavor isn’t pronounced but this mix is worth the space in my crowded pantry. So far I have used it on/in pasta, salad, sauces and various proteins to good effect.
