Tastes just like the classic cereal, we add it to cream of wheat and oatmeal for added protein. Delicious! Some different flavors we add to rice Krispy treats for a little more protein and variety.

Watch ingredients ISOPURE has better ingredients list for my needs but overall taste and feeling full from this was on point i could drink these as milk shakes more than as a protein shake if that makes sense.
