I like how I can be on a heavy day but they don't leak even when I exercise or so work in the yard . They don't even leak when you sat down for a long time and get up alot of tampons usually leak but not these . These are super plus they work good for when you have very heavy periods like I do .these are easy to insert and use they even have a string that helps against leaking the tampons are the best .
