In fact, they don't hold up as well as some of the competition, which was a minus for this product. The leakguard protection was average for what seems to be a branding item Tampax highlights on the packaging.

The multipack prepares you for every day of your cycle, from beginning to end. Workout reliable for those of us always on the move. Though the product is a little more expensive, you can’t beat the leakproof protection. I always buy tampax. My periods are heavy, and I work in a very busy medical practice. I have to have something that is going to get me through. This product always does the trick. I’ll always spend a little more to get a better quality product.

I was able to use these for a few hours without needing to change, and at times I totally forgot I was even wearing a tampon. Would recommend!

I never leak thru or have any issues with the applicator! I am a forever tampax user and I don’t think that will change even if the price shoots way up.
