We've now received the wrong item twice and we've literally been put through the ringer dealing with the process of refunds/returns on both incorrect items.
I ordered Azzaro The Most Wanted Parfum, which is what is pictured on Sam's Club. I was excited to have the gift for my son's Birthday. The item was delivered and we opened it up to see they sent us Azzaro The Most Wanted Eau De Parfum Intense, which isn't even an option on their site/app. I immediately called and had to spend over an hour on the call trying to explain the difference in the two items and how they're not the same. The nice lady tried to help, but couldn't understand me very well and neither could I understand her very well.
She told me the correct item would get shipped immediately and be to my doorstep within 5 days, which was inconveniently past the Birthday, but I was okay with that. Five days went by and the item got to me and it was once again, the incorrect item Azzaro The Most Wanted Eau De Parfum Intense. I once again immediately called Sam's Clubs 888 number only to be treated like crap by some rude man and eventually hung up on by him. He told me I'm wrong and that this was the item I ordered and I'm trying to explain to him that is not true and that the website doesn't even have the item I keep receiving marketed to the public. Anyways, he hangs up on me. Therefore, I go to the nearest Sam's Club to speak with a person and the in store manager was awesome. She got us on a call with their 888 number and explained the issues. The escalation manager from their call center promised that for all this hassle and 7 plus hours of dealing with this that I would receive a full refund and not have to return the incorrect items. That was 7 days ago and I have yet to see a refund. I am so upset. I will never and I mean never order from Sam's Club online ever again. Their call center doesn't even care about you and they barely can understand you. I'm so discouraged with Sam's Club about this. The manager at my local Sam's was awesome, but her hands are tied as well, because Sam's Club online is separate from them. Very frustrating to say the least. I'm going elsewhere to purchase items online and of course Azzaro The Most Wanted Parfum. Save yourselves the hassle and don't buy it here.
