There are five different sizes to have protection throughout your period and it’s different levels of flow. They all insert smoothly and easily and are easily removable, as well. They allow for a leak free day when I’m exercising and give me the protection I need.

I see a lot of tampon companies that are discontinuing their "lite" tampons and some that do not even have "lite" as an option... Tampax gets it..... NOT ALL WOMEN BLEED A RIVER!! Let me tell you, if your on birth control, it makes your period shorter and lighter. I hate wearing pads so I have to use a lite tampon. And Tampax is literally the only brand anymore that carries them. So. Please. Please. Please. Do not discontinue them. EVER.
