I just didn't feel comfortable using them for long periods (pun not intended). I felt I had to change them out more than I do when I used pads or I was afraid people would notice. Putting them in is easy and taking them out is easy. If you prefer tampons, then these are a nice choice.

I have worn Tampax Pearl Light and Regular for everyday use and high intensity workouts. These tampons are effective at keeping me protected on my medium to light flow days and never have leaks. Seriously, these are good tampons and I highly recommend.

There are so days I just need light protection and these are so small and discrete and I really like them!
