I always tie a knot at the bottom of the string b4 insertion so removal is easy to find and to grip

They had light, regular and super all in one box. This is a great way to purchase your tampons instead of having to buy different boxes of them due to how light or heavy your flow is. I had no issues with these tampons at all. I had no irritation and no leaks at all. I did use a panty liner with them at nighttime just to be on the safeside but I didn't even need to do that. These are the best tampons that I've used and I will continue to buy the trio pack now that I see how useful and convenient they are. I love having three different tampons in one box!
