I just didn't feel comfortable using them for long periods (pun not intended). I felt I had to change them out more than I do when I used pads or I was afraid people would notice. Putting them in is easy and taking them out is easy. If you prefer tampons, then these are a nice choice.

I had never even seen any until a few months ago and now am noticing others pop up! I hate having to use a regular size tampon when my flow is just barely there, but often don't feel like a liner is enough. So these little light flow tampons are perfect for those days. You just have to make sure that you really are close to being done, because I did bleed through one when my flow was heavier than i thought it would be that day. I love that they have the classic Tampax leakguard protection, and are easy to insert with a plastic applicator. I will definitely be keeping a box of these on hand from now on for those light days!

They come in 3 different sizes light regular and super and they're so easy and soft to the end. They're very good and it's the number one USO BGYN recommended tampon brand they're free of perfumes free of element chlorine bleaching tampons of free of dazz and the clinical scan.
