We got this TV because our last one would restart randomly and apps crashed all the time. This TV which isn't even the same brand does the same exact things. Netflix works 25% of the time and I have to unplug the TV and plug it back in to get it to work. DirecTV app crashes randomly. I should've saved my money and kept my old one.

This is the worst TV we have had, it buffers all the time reset it and updated it, and no change. Do bye this.

Using the Spectrum TV App Visio TV’s show the time in channel guide 5 hours ahead of EST. When I called Spectrum and Visio bot said they were working on issue but could not provide a time when or if this issue will be resolved. Time on TV is correct with time zone just an issue with the apps when looking at the tv guide. Pretty annoying. I’ve had the TV for 3 days so rating it other than the time problem a little too soon for other ratings.

Amazing for price! Love the colors and I feel like I’m at the concert when watching you tube. Very easy to set up and quick processing. Just got it though see how it holds up!

Sharp picture.fast wifi. But poor overall with white bleed out all along the bottom and cornerr. Ruins the quality of the screen overall and poor overall

This is my second Vizio I’ve ever had but the first one that’s a new smart tv. This brand lasts a long time as my old one is still working too. I love the vibrant colors on this tv. The ability to see the picture from every angle is a good feature as well. Even standing in the kitchen I am able to see everything that’s on the screen. The virtual x surround sound option is great, it makes it sound like you’re in a movie theater. I don’t currently own a sound bar but I seen where it has where your able to just click one on the tv so I’ll be trying that in the future. Everything loads up very quick and the menu has a great layout which makes it easy to find what you’re looking for. The remote is easy to use and doesn’t have unnecessary buttons. I would recommend this tv and will continue buying from this brand.

I really like how they have the remote set up. It is really easy to use. The only thing I would change is it did not have an Ethernet connection. It would have been nice to have that. It does work well on the WiFi.

It’s a little tricky to set up—maybe a bit complicated for an older person. It sound pretty good. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the remote control is too small. I wish it were thicker; it would be easier to hold. I highly recommend it.
