We got this TV because our last one would restart randomly and apps crashed all the time. This TV which isn't even the same brand does the same exact things. Netflix works 25% of the time and I have to unplug the TV and plug it back in to get it to work. DirecTV app crashes randomly. I should've saved my money and kept my old one.

QLED is Awesome with Dolby vision. It's visible from all the furniture. Great speakers too. Easiest remote I've ever used. Refresh rate is only 60 hz, but acceptable for the Price. The Vizio Pro refresh rate is 140hz. I love this TV. I went back to Sam's Club and bought another 75 inch.

two defective panels

ordered one tv, had a defective screen (black spot almost center of the screen). second TV had a similar issue, looked almost like someone put tape on the inside of the screen. disappointing.

Upgraded from a 55” to this Vizio 75”

This TV is is phenominal! Clear picture and sooooooo many preloaded apps. Easy peasy to set up! I can't attach the photos for some reason. Highly recommend this TV. I had it shipped to me and it arrived in excellent condition. The packaging makes it nearly impossible to damage.

Time Zone Problem

Using the Spectrum TV App Visio TV's show the time in channel guide 5 hours ahead of EST. When I called Spectrum and Visio bot said they were working on issue but could not provide a time when or if this issue will be resolved. Time on TV is correct with time zone just an issue with the apps when looking at the tv guide. Pretty annoying. I've had the TV for 3 days so rating it other than the time problem a little too soon for other ratings.

Disappointing Experience with New TV

I recently bought this TV and received it on December 9th with high expectations, and I am disappointed. Upon setup, I discovered a major physical defect on the back. The picture quality also falls far short of what I expect for this size and price. The dent's reflection is visible on the screen. I ask that this issue be addressed and a solution provided. The hardest part is returning the TV to the store. It's too large for a standard car. I don't own a truck or a large SUV, so I have to rent a vehicle to bring this defective unit back to the store. It is disappointing to receive a damaged product. I would like the store to either arrange for the pickup of the TV or reimburse me for my rental expenses, as this situation is not my fault.
