Aura server was not accessible on Christmas day making the completion of setup impossible. Also nationally radio advertised discount was deemed invalid at time of purchase. A product that only displays images that requires constant connectivity to internet is over kill and over priced.

If it wasn’t a gift I would return it.

Perfect size, vibrant pictures and videos. This frame keeps me connected with my kids in real time!! They take pictures and videos and share throughout the day so I always feel connect. I commute to another city to work M-F and I don’t miss important moments!!’ I love it so much we bought one for my mother in law so she too could be connected to the family! No more conversations about missing the kids, now she stays connected through pictures and videos real time. She told the kids the other evening that she comes home and watches the frame to catch up on the day!!! Love this personally and am gifting to my family this year!!!great way to stay connected!
