Great picture, poor operating system.

Great picture, but the operating system is slow, not very customizable. Your apps are in a tiny row surrounded by “recommended” content. App performance (Netflix, DirecTV, BritBox etc) is very slow. Screen is very reflective causing glare from windows and room lights. Returning for a Roku based TV which is a less cluttered OS and more responsive.
