We loved the looks of this oven/air fry. Quality looks and easy clean up. HOWEVER we cannot give it a 5 star rating, why? Because the air fryer is slow to heat up even small items like fries to crispy touch as with stand alone types. Hopefully there is a fix? For this or just cook longer which defeats the purpose.

Lot of bells and whistles on this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this back in March, but just had it delivered in September, remodeled kitchen. We always had an electric stove, but decided to go with gas. It’s a great looking range, but the oven takes getting use to. My wife ruined like 8 cakes because they weren’t cooking and rising in the middle. Tried calibrating it like it says in manual, but still all over with temperature. Finally called and LG repair guy came and replaced the sensor. Seems a lot better so far, so time will tell. Air fryer works awesome, I will say that. So if your going from electric to gas, it may take some time to get the hang of.

Great except

Third range delivered, finally no damage to the oven door. Poor packing around the door made for returns twice due to shipping damage. Now to the range itself. This range is not only beautiful in appearance but also in features. the burners are more than adequate and easy to clean as is the oven and stove top. The knobs a little more difficult to clean due to the closeness to each other, The oven control is great because if you accidentally turn the knob by cleaning or laening over the stove you still have to set the LED controls to have it turn on. I like the knock on the vista glass door to turn on the light in the oven without opening the door. I gave this range only three stars because for the life of me I can't get it to connect to the website or my iPhone and believe me I tried many different ways. It's one of the reasons I bought this range and now I can't remotely control it. The model isn't even listed on the LG website so I used the closest model I could find and that was to no Avail. So if you really want or need the Internet controls and downloads then stay away from this range and LG Electronics because it is totally frustrating

Still evaluating the oven, love the cook top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it less the a month ago and we cook Pizza once a week. Take and Bake Pizza. So the directions are always the same. First time we cooked one the middle was still doughy tasting. Reached out the support and asked for best practices and got a canned reply did you hook it up correctly, did you pre-heat, did you do this and that. We have been cooking them for years and we seen this issue in a electric only wall oven. But never thought we would have this issue with the raving magic best in class cooking etc. We are waiting to do outr next one with holidyas and everything. The other thing is the App kepps saying it needs cleaning but I see nothing in the oven and hit the notificationn and it gives you no idea what it really needs. We did the Quick Cleaning last night. It is quick but nothing to clean so not sure what to check to see if it even worked.

missing air fry pan

I have been using my new LG stove for about 3 weeks. So far all of my questions have been answered by reading the booklet and watching video. The delivery and installation was on time and went smoothly. I am very happy with the features - convection cooking , convection baking,, I have not tried the air fry. I only received the basket for the air fry and NOT the pan. If the pan is part of the oven package, please let me know and send it immediately. I am keeping up with the Easy Clean also.
