The ease of setting up the TV was great. I thought I was gonna need a tech geek to get me started. The sound is out of this world. The clarity of the picture is like being in the movie or video. It makes you feel almost as if your there. The whole family has enjoyed this. It was one of the best purchases ever. Surround sound is spectacular I thought we were gonna need to purchase a sound bar and no way.

Apps and menu seem snappy although I don't use them. Occasionally the software glitches will the menu not closing after startup. I'm overall satisfied with the TV.

I can't believe the difference in this TV compared to the older ones! There is never an issue finding what we are looking for! It's accessible for all the shows we like to view. I will never buy another brand TV as long as I live!

This is the best TV I have ever had and I don't think I'll ever go back to any other brand or any TV that isn't 4K again. The graphics are crisp and it almost seems like I could reach my hand in and grab things out of the TV. I AM IN LOVE WITH IT. I'll be buying more for the other rooms in my house very soon.
