I would appreciate it if they can send me a new replacement and an upgrade to a 75 inch and one of their best models for the incovenience

I am so glad I talked my wife into approving the purchase, she is happy as clam with it too.

On this big boy 4k resolution feels like so so different from other 4ks. I will say watching anything on this TV feels like you are inside the picture whether it's a UFC fight a Game or a simple movie. I love my investment, very satisfied with Brightness, vibrancy and 180 degree view angle. Love my TV 100 out of 10 stars. 👍
