I received my Aura as a gift, and I love it so much that I’ve given an Aura to my son and sister. My daughter had received an Aura as a gift, so now the four of us love sharing photos.

I like the frame and it was fairly easy to set up; however, I can’t get the tool bar to work and customer service doesn’t respond to my emails for help. I don’t know how to turn the frame off except by unplugging it.

My experience with the Aura people through email was excellent. Every question was answered with follow up if necessary. My issue was resolved and I've purchased a new aura.
