I have loved using these for both sets of grandparents for the last two months. All of a sudden, both of them quit working. It’s not the internet or the plug in, they just don’t work at all anymore.

Very frustrating first experience. The frame would connect but not show any pictures from the gift setup flow. I needed to hard reset the frame and reupload my photos to get it to work.

Our family lives in different cities and we’ve used Aura to share photos of trips we’ve taken together and other experiences. It seems I see more photos this way than I do having everyone individually send pictures.

I have had to have the aura frame replaced every year since I received it as a gift. Will I have to buy a new one every year? Based on this ,I cannot recommend the product.
