After the learning curve of cropping pictures before downloading, I am happy with the results. Disappointed that the power cord was white and not black like the frame. Also that I could not delete pictures individually, if they were loaded as a group they all had to be scrubbed and start over. That being said I would recommend this to a friend with added instructions.

I saw this product when visiting a friend who had one. He said it was nice because his kids could load their own pix, and pix of their kids, on it from their phones where ever they lived. I wanted to get one for my mom, a great grandma who is always asking for pictures of her great grandkids. While I was ordering one for her, I realized that I was the one who really liked the Aura frame, so I got one for myself. Setting it up was easy and I could send out requests to the kids through the app, which got them set up, too. I love my grandkids like crazy and having their photos rolling through Aura is a pleasure for me. I think mom likes hers too.

We have had our Aura frame for two years and I just bought some for grandparents. The frame is easy to use and brings us a lot of joy as we get to relive memories when the photos come up on the frame. It is a great way to display photos so they don't get left behind on your phone.

I love my Aura picture frames (I have 3!) so much I have gotten them for family members and friends as very special gifts! Recipients say they’ve never gotten a gift they’ve loved more! Not only is the product wonderful and so easy to use, but the customer support is unparalleled, especially for a tech device where there’s usually no live person to respond or talk to. When I had a snag with one of my frames not shuffling my 5,000 pictures correctly, Adam in customer service was so helpful and resolved my problem with ease!

This is the second order (third if I counted ours) we placed with Aura. Excellent experience both times! Very easy to set up and the quality is AWESOME! The last one that we purchased was a gift and the reply back from them was "Best gift ever!" Super fast delivery too!

Our family (myself and 3 children) are greatly enjoying our frames as it shows children and grandchildren all growing up. We set it up with pictures mixed so that ages are random. One of my sons also set up one with his company photos for advertising in his office.

High-quality device with very slick and easy-to-use app. The ability to share access with family members so that they can add photos is great. One improvement would be a physical on/off switch. My 90-year old grandmother is struggling with the touch controls.

Excellent. I have purchased 4 frames. One for me and three of my family members as gifts. Two live out of town. We all love them. They are super easy to set up. I was able to add pictures to the frame before they were sent to my relatives.
