The display is great. I bought 2 and both times had difficulty with set up. The first time I couldn’t transfer the gift to the recipient. The second time on my end, it looks like the gift was not received or opened however the recipient has it set up and is using it. Its great that we can preload the photos and share the link.

I'm a convert from another popular digital frame company. I haven't bought a frame from that company in several years, but the Carver has a very nice display compared to my last frame. It is a little small, but fits well on a bookshelf or desk. I wish there was a more robust app, with more options for adding photos (dropbox) and more customization for the view (transitions). I wish I could display a clock.

I am very impressed with my Aura frame which I received as a Christmas gift. I upload pictures to my frame and all of my children share pictures with me by sending them to my frame as well. The pictures are bright and clear and you can set the speed at which you view them. It's so easy to set up and use that we purchased a frame for each of our moms for Mothers Day. They are 89 and 93 years old. Their frames are so easy for them! The frame has a light sensor so it comes on automatically with the morning light and goes off with the light at night. The frames are easy for them to pull to their laps for easy viewing. The frame cord is cloth covered and won't tangle easily. Both of our Moms are eager to see what new pictures might be added to their frames every day. I could go on and on with positives about the Aura frames, but I'll stop here so you can get to your purchase!

My mom received one of these frames as a gift. I loved siting watching tv and seeing the pics on the frame- had to get one for myself. My grandkids can post, I can post on my mom’s and I love seeing our family events posted. Much better than Facebook and less time consuming…I recommend this ro anyone!

I have been very impressed with the customer service help. Laura has been informative, courteous and ready to help. I haven’t set my new Aura frame up yet but I am confident I will have help if I need it. I am not happy that my Aura frame malfunctioned in less than two years. My boys got ME one for Mother’s Day and had preloaded it with such beautiful memories that I called my siblings and we went in together to get our parents one for Christmas!!! We’ve had so much fun loading pics of old times (plus cute grandkid/great grandkid pics)! Can’t wait to see them open it…we’re also giving them a box of Kleenex to open beforehand. ❤️

Working with Aura customer spt to report my "negative" photo display on the current aura was very easy. They suggested a few things which didn't work and then gave me a link to order (buy)a new auraframe. The new one came within the week of ordering. They even migrated all my photos to the new frame. My only regret is that I should have ordered a larger frame. But it's done and am enjoying the photos as they bring back memories.

My daughter wanted some frames photos for her new home for Xmas. I bought her this frame and she and her boyfriend love it! My other daughter liked it so much she asked for one as well. Is I am tied into both and can add pictures but also see what they are adding. Plus, it looks nice sitting on the shelf.

We bought the Aura for a parent in a nursing home. It is easy to load photos and set up the unit. It took a couple of tries to get it working on the network but we did it! It doesn't require her to do anything except watch and enjoy the images of her family and places she's lived. It even has a feature to turn it on/off at set hours so she isn't bothered by the light/photos in the middle of the night.

Great customer service. Great frames. The quality of the picture are superb. I have bought 5 frames for gifts after my daughters purchased us one for us. My sister in law bought a frame and best friends have after viewing ours. You will LOVE Aura Frames.
