The resolution is amazing, along with the brightness and, colors, the contrast is good too. Once again the only bad thing is the refresh, but only sometimes

The tv worked great for three months- today I turned it on to find a huge stripe of the screen flashing colors at me. Three months and the thing goes bad. Before the suggestion pops up-I have turned it off. Restarted it. Factory reset it. Changed inputs etc. the hardware went out- in three months. Not the first quality control issue I’ve seen lately.

If any has ever seen it, first they say "This is a nice TV!". Then they ask how much does it cost. No need to turn up the brightness, on its normal settings this TV in certain picture moments will have you "Wowing!". Movie day is everyday!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently bought a 50" Samsung Crystal as a 3rd Samsung TV in my bedroom. I had no problems setting up my channels and previous subscriptions. It was easy to set up using my mobile and QR Codes and also pairing my remote. Picture also looks crisp and great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crystal has voice activate, a huge Crystal clear high def screen, with 9(Nine) different types of picture options, from Standard to Film Maker mode, holds your favorite channels in a list, will update you on your favorite sports teams in real time conveniently without making you turn the channel. It will wake me up at time of my choosing, or turn itself off with the tap of a button. It's a good quality tv & well worth the price we paid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great resolution, looks like people are in front of you in real time. Actually took time to get use to compared to our older TV. Wonderful brightness settings that change automatically in settings option. Love the Samsung Plus channels/ guide. So many choices for stations to watch TV without a fee. The only negative I have is we struggle at times with the sound and wish we could change to meet "our" needs. Sometimes we feel it's still not liud enough. Awesome color. We've actually had compliments regarding the clarity and color of our TV picture. Very glad of our purchase.

Resolution is nice. Easy to refresh going back to home button. Wish there was another usb port. Would be nice if it was a pedistal mount vs. Legs on both ends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is great for veiwing whether you're watching it in 4k or 1080p resolution. If you're a sports fanatic, the refresher rate it has will not make the motions lag plus the hue are very bright & colorful.

I love the resolution, refresh rate, and how easy and smooth I am able to bounce around from app to app. I am a Samsung customer for life now. When this TV goes, I will replace with a new Samsung model. Very impressed with Samsung and it's product lines.
