[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great addition to our household TVs. Hung this TV on the wall, plugged it in and it was good to go. It automatically connected to my preferred network, updated itself and we were watching streaming shows almost immediately. Apps were easy to find and install and even setting up the homescreen was as easy as could be. Absolutely love this TV and will likely buy another TV sometime later this year. The picture quality is tops! Bright and crisp. This all being done wirelessly. The only wire coming out of the TV is the power cord. I love wireless technology and this TV has my absolute approval.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent TV! It never fails me in loading or start up. Screen is visible from all areas of the room. It's bright to the point I wear sunglasses at times. The resolution is perfect. I rarely have to use the refresh feature as it wields author trouble. The contrast is great for gaming, live TV, and streaming services.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice television. Beautiful picture and clarity. The size is just right. The only problems I have are in changing and keeping channels. It seems to want to turn to whatever channel it wants at times. When I turn the tv off I expect it will come back on to the channel I was last watching but that rarely happens. I shouldn't have to search through multiple channels/options to get to where I need to go. But maybe I am just not as smart as my smart TV and don't know how to program it properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this TV is by far the best TV I ever owned in my life the pictures spectacular don't even need to wear my glasses to read the screen the smart part of the TV works I no longer use my Roku stick anymore the fact that it comes with free video games and syncs up with my PlayStation remote I just love it been playing Hogwarts Legacy for the past couple of weeks now recommend this TV I promise you will not be disappointed

The controller is sleek and easy to use and doesn't require much "figuring out". There are lots of settings for contrast and color so that no matter if you watching a show or playing a game the picture is always just how you want it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great television! I am a 60 year old man I was able to move the television in the box by myself. I was able to place the footings on the tv, and set it in place by myself. I plugged it in and away I went. I was able to connect the tv to my wireless internet and from there the television blossomed. I was amazed at how many free things were already programmed and available for viewing. The colors were crisp, picture extends to the full perimeter of the screen, and the sound is very good too, my wife says it’s a little too good as she tells me to turn down the volume. The pictures are clear and sharp as well. Programing my extra channels was super easy as well, but most everything I had was already programmed into the television, all I had to do was log in to that particular channel and away it went. But as soon as I introduced a new program to the television, it added the app icon right away to my channel lineup; and you are able to rearrange the app lineup to fit your needs. It was a little daunting at first, because I am one of those people who looks at the instruction manual and tosses it aside. Samsung really did make everything simple to understand and actually use. There are literally hundreds of free channels for you to watch. Navigating to these channels was a bit tricky at first, but once I mastered the remote; I was happy as can be. I am pretty satisfied with the brightness and resolution of the picture on the television but I have yet to figure that part out by myself yet; I guess I am actually going to have to look at the manual after all. And I have had no issues navigating from one program to another and the new program starts within a few seconds of navigating to it. All in all, I love this television, the technology built into it is wonderfully amazing to an old man like me. Just one thing, the remote is reeeeallly small compared to the other remotes I have used in the past. Once I got used to it, it was really quite simple. But don’t misplace it. With its size…you’re going to be hunting. And now a heartfelt Thank You Samsung for a wonderful product.

Interface is still a learning process for this human. I have no found a way to set a fixed, over the air antenna channel when first turning the device on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's always an issue with the volume. I do have it set for best available, only bc i have the same issue on the others too! I will be watching something and all of a sudden it gets extremely loud, even if I haven't touched the remote, and when I lower it, it sounds almost like its being muffled by something, but when I turn off the TV and unplug all of thre cords, let it sit for about 15-20 minutes and when I do that, everything is fine. This happens so sporadically, sometimes its a couple times a week, to no issues for a month or so, but other than that, I like the TV!
