[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful tv with an AMAZING picture. The screen is bright (even with the anti-reflective coating) vivid, and has an amazing picture quality. Where i have some issues is that whether it's the processor or the ram, the smart functionality is slow (a lot) and sometimes even stutters a little in it's response to my inputs. Also I'm kinda annoyed that the smart remote this year is larger and takes batteries instead of being rechargeable. I understand it was probably a cost savings measure, I just don't like it. I really like the game mode. It's a great idea, it's implemented quite well. And the streaming games, although have occasional pretty bad latency (lag) issues, works great. Other then the issues I mentioned previously (which to be fair and completely honest are actually very minor) this is an exceptionally great tv for the price. This is an ABSOLUTELY amazing midrange tv. I just wish i could have afforded a neo-qled.

The picture and video quality are outstanding. I had someone purchase an LG for me at one point, but I did not care for it. Before that, I had owned a Samsung TV, and returning to Samsung has only confirmed why I prefer their products. I’ve long been a fan of Samsung, from TVs and phones to tablets and computer monitors. When the time comes to purchase appliances, I plan to choose Samsung for those as well.

Excitedly bought this last night. Turned it oh to go through setup. Got to WiFi code, brought up keyboard for WiFi password and NO HYPHEN ON KEYBOARD. HAD 2 UNDERLINES. The password for the WiFi system required a Hyphen. No work around. Being a senior, very, I took Samsungs AD of easy set up. May be, but need full keyboard. Had a couple of other seniors check. TV may be rear but can’t tell because can’t log into WiFi.

Love the smart things integration/notifications that interact with the television as it acts as a hub. PROS: - clarity - vibrant colors - viewing angles - light/dark room - useful/cool features - smart hub/smart things integration - pricing CONS: - remote is OK - default audio sometimes distorts (adaptive sound option seems to have fixed it) As for the tv doing tv things: The color does pop really well so we can choose to open or close the blinds without worrying about being able to see the screen. The blacks are deep enough where you feel your money was well spent but there are deeper blacks out there if you want to spend the extra money. The audio is great and certainly can get extremely loud if that's your taste. On the audio default setting, when using the firestick, we have experienced some distortion randomly where it almost sounds like it's underwater. Last night we changed the audio to adaptive sound (very cool feature by description) which immediately fixed our distortion and hopefully will resolve that issue entirely. Our tv is still relatively new so I am sure there are many other cool features we haven't got around to yet but I will say this tv was a well needed upgrade and we could not be happier. Would recommend.

I've owned several of the Crystal series TV's, and am going now on my third one which will arrive to me next week. I love the picture quality of the Crystal series TV's, and also the price which is very affordable for me. Sure, I've considered QLED or OLED, but they are way out of my price range, and would they be that much different as far as picture quality? Perhaps. But what I do know is the Crystal series has a brilliant picture, and makes everything on screen seem REAL, like the viewer is a part of what they're watching. The colors are true to life, and just extraordinary to see. This series of TV is very budget-friendly, as well, and I highly recommend it to those who need to keep their purse strings tight. As long as Samsung continues making the Crystal TV's, I'll keep buying them. I've also purchased multiple Samsung soundbars, and own a Q600C, I think it's called. Samsung soundbars pair quite nicely to these TV's, too. Go ahead, and pull the trigger on this one; you will have no regrets I think.
