After 2 months of owning the TV, a random vertical green line appeared down the center with a horizontal black line running across. Working with Samsung was awful and took over 2 months after approval to get a replacement. Their exchange process is awful and takes a long time since they take your device and make you wait 2 week+ before you are able to get a replacement. I wish we had gone with a different brand.

I LOVE my Samsung 4K Smart TV. It's better than my last because it's sharper, brighter and enjoyable. You can't go wrong with this brand.

This TV has a very clear picture. The contrast with colors is very life like. The picture refreshes very fast. Watching a baseball game is enjoyable!
