The remote controls, doesnt have numbers etc on it, I find that a bit distracting when having to user on board keys to enter numbers! No refresh issues! All in all a very good tv for the money!

The buttons are so close together your finger inevitably touches another key and sends you off to God knows where! No consideration given to the elderly with eyesight problems! I checked and there is no option to buy a larger remote! I found the instructions on the ‘learn’ your TV very vague and confusing! I still can’t figure out how to watch my local channels! So far, I am not a fan of this TV and especially not the remote!

One of my favorite features is being able to use my phone as a remote when I can’t find the actual remote — super convenient! The picture is absolutely perfect, bright, vibrant and I feel like I am right there with everything we watch. The sound is amazing. The only thing we Hate is the Remote that came with it. The volume button is annoying and difficult to use. I don't know who created this remote, but it is Not user friendly and is stupid. Also very very small and hard to see what buttons are for what. Also, I just wanted to upload a picture of our remote and am not able to, You have a section for this but not able to upload.
