It is not very very intuitive and the multi function volume button often turns on CC accidentally when increasing/decreasing volume. Otherwise a great TV.

The built in camera with the free apps are always entertaining. Picture, sound and especially the vibrate distinctive colors make this yet another excellent Samsung choice!

This is a great TV to have and my only wish is that I could connect all my cameras not just the personally purchased ones, even those that were purchased through my security company. I would 10000000% recommend this product to anyone. Samsung makes the best TVs ever. I also have a Samsung surround sound. And it is fenominal. Watching movies you're immersed with sound and it feels like you're right there with the celebrity inside the movie. Its ridiculously good. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well this tv is awesome. It has great detail in every tv show, movie I watch. If I'm streaming the tv doesn't lag. The program loads right up. If I'm watching live tv the screen doesn't get blurry. You just need a good antenna. The menu needs work I think. I would like to see more bright colors. But you can add the gallery from your Samsung cell phone and view them on your TV. Big bright pictures on your TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We always have bought Samsung TVs but as time has progressed it definitely feels like the quality in regards to longevity has diminished. While the TV is functional they're great but don't seem to have much more life than 2-3 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Samsung TV it was a great addition to our home we stream our favorite TV shows and movies on a regular basis I personally love listening to music and stream my favorite playlists on it all the time and get to watch the videos they're amazing the sound is amazing so clear and crisp it's great for while I'm doing my housework or entertaining my son games on it have to fight to get him off of it he loves the detail at Christmas time we live in Florida so we don't have a fireplace but we do a virtual fireplace on the screen of the TV with an app and the sound feature is great it sounds like a fire burning in the fireplace and the fire looks very realistic it makes it so cozy and Christmassy all in all it's a great product and I would recommend it to anyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice big tv works well with my xbox series x I dont use the tv to stream i found it a little slow to open apps if you can keep the room dark it's easier to see but if you adjust the shadow setting you can get it to your liking I hooked mine to a samsung sound bar wich make it alot better than it already is it also like the mirror screen tech works seamlessly with the Samsung smart phones
