[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited when I bought this TV. The picture was beautiful, bright, and immersive — I always felt like I was part of the scene.  
 I purchased it in December 2020, and by November 2021 the picture was gone. All I could see was the outline of a bright green box, and everything else was black.
I contacted Samsung for help, but they referred me to someone out of state. I was told to try a YouTube “easy fix.” It might be easy, but it doesn’t actually solve the problem. I’ve had to repeat this fix several times since 2021, and the issue keeps coming back. Very disappointing for a TV that started out so beautifully.

Beautiful picture until it went black

So far, I love this TV.  Beautiful picture and easy setup....it connected automatically to my Samsung sound bar.  My only complaint would be the remote could be more user friendly.  All in all, for the price, I would definitely recommend this TV.
