No longer raw. The ginger version is raw and not pasteurized but Sams has stopped selling it. This one does not claim to be raw or unpasteurized. Thus the probiotics are useless.

This one is ok, but bring back the gingerade kombucha. I joined Sam's Club to buy the gingerade kombucha. I am letting my membership lapse, because Sam's is no longer carrying it.

This is the best tasting Kombucha I've had. I used to prefer the Gingerade, and Guava Goddess flavors, but the Honeycrisp Apple is delicious. Kombucha is an acquired taste, no doubt, but for anyone who may be a little more reluctant to try or doesn't quite dig the sour bite, this flavor really helps to soften the blow. It's still very tangy, but much more enjoyable for the typical palate.
