Absolutely horrible taste. This is definitely NOT the same recipe of back in the day! This cereal tastes bland, with NO REAL HONEY, and NO ALMONDS! This is just some cheap nasty tasting knockoff. Stop being stingy and put some real honey and almonds in this cereal, like you used to!😡😡😡😡😤😤😤😤

It is a good site source of fiber and calcium with some vitamins and minerals, however, one cup contains 12 g of sugar. I wish it had less sugar in it, especially for one cup! I should’ve checked that more closely before buying if you’re trying to stay away from sugar, these are still pretty sugary in my opinion.
