It is probably the best tasting fiber bar I tried. Chewy too. It has 9 g of fibers, and only 140 calories.

My doctor want's me to get at least 24 grams of fiber daily. One of these gets me a third of the way there for not too many calories and provides a nice snack when hunger strikes between meals. I keep some in my car and great when you can't stop for something to eat and it's healthful. Did I mention they were tasty too. Sam's Club gives great value on these too, about 2/3 the cost of what you'd pay in a super market.

This is my first time to buy from Sam's online. I am happy to pay a little more than in club price to get the free shipping. I wish Sam's still offered the lemon bars as they were the best.

I was buying the small packs of Fiber One and it was getting expensive without coupons. The value of the 36 ct. is much easier on the budget. They are fresh and tasty, though I must say the Salted Caramel is my favorite. Wish Sams Club carried them.

It was a great deal, the taste is okay just texture was little bit unexpected like some parts were really hard to bite.
