I like its easy to mix with anything specially on my coffee. What i dont like is its not dissolving that much.

Taste very good easy to digest and blends well. It feels good knowing doing something to better my appearance and improve my skins all over health.

Delicious creamer. Dont know yet if it helps though. Probably need another month and a half to see any results if any

Good flavor, but I didn't realize this contains whey/milk protein, and that didn't make my stomach feel good. Not for me.

I have to say i have had a hard time growing my nails in the past. Now it is easier to grow my nails because of the creamer.
