I had ordered a medium firm and I've noticed a huge reduction in my lower back and hip pain. I'm always hot even in the colder months. I would wake up in the middle of the night to pull off the covers from my body to lessen the heat. Now, I don't have to worry about the heat because this mattress keeps me cool all through the night. I now awake feeling well rested and pain free and have more energy during the day.

I always sought a mattress that wasn't too hard on my back and wouldn't cause back pains. Most beds are too firm or too soft that it's not pleasurable. This bed, however, is perfect! It is a medium comfort bed. It's between soft and firm. It's such a soft plushy bed with a very detailed design. This mattress is easy to clean and disinfect. You sink into the bed when you lay on this mattress, which forms around your figure. I love this bed. They developed this bed out of love and precision. I would suggest this to anyone. Don't walk ...run and get this bed. It's a game-changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's my first time owning a hybrid mattress, and I have to say I don't notice too much of a difference between my old foam mattress and the feel of this one, maybe because of the firmness. It's quite comfortable, with little motion transfer, which is important to me as a light sleeper. It's definitely firm, as desired, so you don't sink into the mattress deeply and it doesn't really bounce, but is still comfortable and feels supportive. I really appreciate that the edges of this are firm as you sit on them to get up in the morning. My old foam mattress would depress a lot and you'd just sink in.

Our previous mattress was much more firm and that left half of our guests who are used to a soft mattress uncomfortable with their stay. Finally a good night's sleep. The mattress was firm but still soft enough to be comfortable. It supports my back perfectly and I get more rest since Im not tossing an turning. Best thing I ever did was getting this mattress. No more sleepless nights. I highly recommend this mattress to anyone needing a good nights sleep on a great quality mattress.

It is very supportive and quite comfortable, although I wouldn't have minded a slightly plusher feel. It's good absorbing turns- much motion transfer. I also like that it does not require a box spring. The mattress is one-sided, so it can be rotated but not flipped. My sheets fit well - no problem. It is easy to move due to the two vertical handles on each side. I also like that it is made from recycled plastic and steel.

This bed is firm, but also soft and does a great job of keeping me cool at night. I'm the type of person that's always hot so it's nice to have a cooling mattress. I don't find it hard to fall asleep at night since switching to this bed. I am also a back and side sleeper so I find most positions are very comfortable. This bed is just the right height. The material used to make this pad also feels very luxurious. Overall, this is a wonderful mattress And I'm sure I'll use it for years to come

The mattress is a bit too firm for my husband and I, but it is comfy enough that we will just keep it. We don't notice the cooling effect of the mattress but we aren't sure if it is due to the mattress cover that we put on it in addition to a fitted sheet. Overall it is comfy but it is a more firm mattress.
