I have back pain so this mattress was a great equal of firmness and comfort. Its hard enough not to make my body sink into it but also not so hard that I feel like I'm laying on stone floor.

It gives great support, so I sleep well since I'm tossing and turning less. My body feels more rested in the morning when I get up, too. It's a hybrid mattress and this is my first time trying one, and I absolutely love it and am pretty sure I'll always get hybrid mattresses when I need to purchase a mattress for my home. This is also a great size, fits myself and my two dogs and a big cat. :-) Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When choosing a mattress, I've been of the school of thought lately that says you can add softness later, but you can't take it away. I have a fair amount of joint dysfunction and slept on a medium-soft plush-top mattress before switching; deciding on the iComfortECO Q10 Extra Firm was easy because it offers high levels of support, incorporates recycled materials, and has cooling features. In my opinion, the construction of this mattress is excellent. Stitching across the top and the side seams is impeccable. Handles sewn into the sides will make rotating it seasonally an easy task. Doing this is thought to prolong the product's life, and if you're sleeping on it for a decade, you will want it to have a longer working lifespan. With that being said, I've slept on it for a couple of months and obviously cannot speak to the performance or longevity of this product over the long term. Given the large size of mattresses and the difficulty of their disposal, I think sourcing more sustainable materials is a step in the right direction. In terms of temperature, I have noticed that it's noticeably cooler compared to my previous plush top. So far, I've been sleeping on it in the late winter and early spring, but I've kept the thermostat in my room up to simulate a summer environment. I expect that it will perform well during warmer months. The feel is firm but not exceedingly so, and the break-in or adjustment period was shorter than anticipated. It is not like sleeping on bricks of yesteryear that used to have a topper that felt like the world's thinnest quilt. Instead, the iComfortECO's top is both soft and supportive. I expected to add a memory foam topper, but I haven't needed to do that yet. My experience was that I started feeling the benefit of less joint pain within the first week and had fully adjusted by the end of the second. Don't get me wrong; my problems have not gone away. However, I now experience a good night's sleep on a mattress that keeps me from sinking into less-than-ergonomic positions. This gives me a stronger foundation for my day and more usable hours. I've had a positive experience with my new mattress and now look forward to having a satisfying rest each night.

I am very pleased to have the iComfortECO Q10 mattress for my own use now! First, the support was of top importance to me and this product meets my expectations. The construction is excellent; it provides great support where needed and I do not “sink in”! The construction of the hybrid type appears very durable; no squeaks, crunches or crackling sounds here! The cover has proven to be breathable and gives me a pleasant sleep all night! All seams, binding and quilting are securely sewn. Bottom line: it's a keeper!

I've had many brands before and Serta did great with this model. The mattress is so soft and plush. I love the texture and coolness the mattress has. It forms to my body but does not lose its shape. The mattress is so comfortable and I fall asleep easily on it. I would definitely recommend the mattress to anyone since it has improved my sleep and back pain.

There is no movement on my side of the mattress when my partner gets in and out of bed, or when tossing and turning. We ill purchase another one of these and recommend to friends.
